Three groups of people use this platform, and each sees a different side of it. Here's what each one can do, how a property travels from a broker to a buyer, and how to try all of it yourself.
One rule shapes everything
Buyers never see who the broker is. Every enquiry, visit and message runs through the platform's own sales team, which is what keeps the buyer relationship with the platform rather than with individual agents.

Search without an account
Every published listing is public: filter by location, budget, area in aana and road width, and open any property to see its photos, features and exact measurements.

Register with a phone number
Sign up as a buyer with a phone number and a password. The number is verified by a one-time code before the account becomes usable.

Save what fits
Favourite listings to compare later. Saved properties live in the account area along with bookings and message history.

Book a visit
Request a site visit on any listing. It arrives with the sales team as a booking they confirm, mark visited or cancel.

Message the sales team
Each conversation is tied to a property and answered by the admin team - never by the broker directly.

Broker
Lists property, but never meets the buyer.

Submit KYC first
A broker account can't publish anything until identity documents are uploaded and approved. The admin decides which document types are required.

Create a listing
Add the property's type, location, price, area, road width, facing, features and photos. It stays a private draft until submitted.

Send it for review
Submitting moves the listing to pending. An admin publishes it or rejects it with a reason the broker can act on.

Promote it (optional)
Featured packages buy homepage placement or a search boost for a fixed period, paid through Khalti.

Stay invisible to buyers
Broker names and numbers never appear on a listing. Enquiries go to the platform's sales team instead.

Review KYC submissions document by document, then approve or reject with a reason.

Nothing reaches the public site unmoderated. Admins publish, reject, feature, reserve or mark a property sold.

Enquiries, bookings and messages become CRM leads that move through stages from new to converted, with notes and activity history.

Edit the website itself
The homepage is built from reorderable sections, and news posts, testimonials, pages, branding and SEO are all editable without a developer.

Control access
Staff accounts get roles built from individual permissions, so a sales agent sees leads while a verification officer sees KYC.
